Terms of service

These are the terms for using Sky Peck, the game and the skypeck.fun website, made by IFC LLC. We've kept them short and honest. By creating an account or buying a license, you agree to them.

What you're buying

A Sky Peck license is a one-time purchase of $14.99 — not a subscription. It never expires and there are no recurring charges. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Your license

Your license is perpetual and covers up to 5 device activations for personal and family use in your household. It's non-transferable — you can't sell it, give it away, or share it outside your family. We may revoke a license in cases of fraud or chargebacks; the game then falls back to demo mode.

Accounts

Accounts use an email and password, and are invite-only during the beta. Accounts are for parents and adults — kids play, adults manage. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Leaderboards

Leaderboard uploads are opt-in and controlled from the parent account. Only a nickname, level, and score are uploaded. Pick a family-friendly nickname — we may remove entries that aren't.

Refunds

You get a 14-day no-questions refund window on your license purchase. Refunding revokes the license and the game falls back to demo mode. See the full refund policy or email hello@skypeck.fun.

The usual limits

Sky Peck is a game played with your body — play in a clear space and supervise young kids. The game and site are provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for your license. We may update the game and these terms; if the terms change meaningfully, we'll note it here.
